Daisuki, the new anime streaming and commerce service for fans outside Japan, launched on Wednesday. The site aims to aggregate popular titles from multiple platforms in one place, including the following in its launch lineup:

These series are or were available separately on various streaming websites. Daisuki President and CEO Kunihiko Shibata stressed that the company is looking to work side by side with other services such as Funimation andCrunchyroll, and Daisuki has no plans to pull series' licenses from those websites.

Advertising and marketing company Asatsu-DK Inc. holds the highest share in Daisuki at 26.3%. Anime studios and sponsors Aniplex, Sunrise, Toei, TMS Entertainment, and NAS hold equal shares of 13.4%, while Dentsu holds a 6.5% stake.
